Synthetic thymosin beta-4 fragment (Ac-LKKTETQ)
TB-500 is a synthetic peptide corresponding to the actin-binding region of thymosin beta-4 (Tβ4), a naturally occurring 43-amino-acid protein present in most cells. The supplied heptapeptide, N-acetyl-Leu-Lys-Lys-Thr-Glu-Thr-Gln, represents residues 17–23 of Tβ4 and is the segment responsible for G-actin sequestration in the literature.
Regent Peptides supplies TB-500 as a lyophilised powder in 5 mg and 10 mg vials, UK manufactured and independently tested batch by batch. The Certificate of Analysis for each batch is available via the lab reports page.
Research applications include actin dynamics and cell migration assays, wound-model work in cell culture and animal systems, and comparative or combined studies with BPC-157. Laboratory research use only.
Order before 3pm for same-day UK dispatch on Royal Mail Tracked 24, from £4.99.

Research Handling Guidance
Before reconstitution, allow both the lyophilised peptide and your chosen diluent to settle at normal laboratory room temperature. Equalising temperatures in this way supports the structural stability of the compound while it goes into solution.
Diluents and reconstitution solutions are purchased separately.
